    free exchanges if your package contains broken crystals. Please share an unboxing video for claims within 24 hours of receiving the package
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • One way return shipping is covered for damaged deliveries and bracelets under 2 years of breakage warranty. 
  • Shipping charges apply on items rejected for non damaged or non responding customers. 
  • A refund will be granted within 7-10 working days after receiving and reviewing products that are sent back to store by you.
  • Payment gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. 
  • These are billed directly by the payment gateway companies and are non refundable.
